Inference vs. training

Training is the expensive, one-time process of creating a model on huge GPU clusters. Inference is simply running the finished model to answer a query. pdf2okf only does inference (locally on your hardware, or through your own API key), never training, so there is no data collection and no model that learns from your documents.
