Vector database
A vector database stores numeric embeddings of text chunks so a RAG system can find 'similar' passages. It must be hosted, kept in sync, and re-embedded when documents change. pdf2okf skips it: an agent greps plain markdown concept files directly, so there's no index to host or re-embed.
